Environmental Assessment for Practices

This package includes the Basic Essentials Training package and adds the additional focuses on your clinic's environment. During an on-site walkthrough, we look for practical opportunities to make your space less stressful, easing pressure on animals, clients, and staff. You’ll receive a report with clear, practical and actionable recommendations designed to support calmer visits and smoother days without adding extra workload.

Comprehensive Facility Consult
Deep insight into how patients and teams move, interact, and succeed together.
Building on the Essentials and Environmental Assessment, this full-day engagement examines the flow of patient visits and handling practices throughout your hospital. We identify stress points, review handling protocols, and create customized checklists and recommendations. A team-wide implementation workshop and follow-up Q&A ensure that strategies are put into practice for lasting impact on patient comfort and team effectiveness.
